After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, David worked with the Court of Special Appeals and served as a law clerk at the Circuit Court for Cecil County for the Honorable V. Michael Whelan.

Once completing his clerkship, David became an associate attorney for a local firm.  He focused his practice on civil and municipal litigation and has represented multiple municipalities and developers throughout Cecil County.  David has represented clients at administrative agency hearings, local municipal hearings, variance and rezoning applications, federal court, District Court, Orphan’s Court, Circuit Court, Court of Special Appeals, and the Court of Appeals.

Attorney Beste commits himself toward obtaining the best results for his clients, and making himself available to answer questions they may have regarding their cases.
